Yes, absolutely. It is important that the needs are spelled out. We all understand the risks involved in lending. If there are gaps in how we mitigate them, then let us hear them and we will deal with them. It is important that consultation is live. It has taken approximately four years to get there, so we should take full advantage because it will probably be another five years before we get a chance.

I will close by appealing to Deputy Penrose not to take what was said as defensiveness because it is actually frustration. We need to accelerate a solution to a meaningful alternative to the banking model in place.
