Can anyone tell us about this because the number of people involved is not large, but we have all probably bumped into a few of them in our time? They believe they receive no support. We accept that they did not meet the medical board's criteria. Can anyone explain it? Obviously, they all received letters telling them this and explaining that they did not meet the criteria.
