I have no idea. All I can say is the State pays a pension of between €6,000 and €13,000, depending on the level of disability. It is disregarded if somebody seeks a disability allowance and is also disregarded for the purposes of taxation. Equally, the payments made from Germany are disregarded. The State is attempting to support people, but we have no role if somebody then applies-----
