Dr. Henry is right at this point, but this should have been looked at a long time ago. From that small number of home births, nobody has ever been sued. I may be corrected, but I believe nobody has ever sued a midwife in regard to a home birth. There are small numbers, but we have gone in the opposite direction to what is demanded, with all the attendant consequences.
