Deputy Catherine Murphy is quite right that most of it would, in fact, be counsel-to-counsel negotiations that we would have with the plaintiff's legal team at the Law Library, which is normally where these negotiations take place, or otherwise, a minority of them, through mediation. That is where they occur.
