There are two things. I was aware of that concern over recent days from media and other sources. As I said, I talked to patients about whether we are missing something in terms of the formal requests we have received through which we are advised of the laboratory to which someone wants her slide sent. As a result, I have asked that every woman who has requested a record or slide be sent a letter setting out clearly what we need to know in case there is any confusion.
