I could not comment on that and I do not think that was the factor. I think it was more to do with pressures of litigation in relation to many different areas in which that office is involved in on behalf of the State and the feeling in that office that litigation in personal injury matters is quite attritional in terms of time and so on. That office felt it would be better situated dealing with other complex litigation against the State.
