I understand that. However, it was one of the biggest scandals. Had we learned from it, perhaps others might not have happened, but we are where we are. What I am trying to establish is the number of people who have outstanding cases and are receiving nothing from the State. Are there a number who are receiving no payments from the State who have suffered from thalidomide?
