I have three questions. That was just my first one. I have a supplementary on it. When the pre-budget discussions were taking place on this idea of a 100% tax break for landlords for repair, including substantial refurbishment, was any concern voiced at a senior level within the Department that this could actually promote, encourage and be the cause of an increased number of notice-to-quit evictions and homelessness? Was any concern voiced?
