In terms of the rental protections, the rental Bill will be brought forward shortly. I agree on the need to protect the most vulnerable from activities of the type mentioned. I am not aware of the case to which Deputy O'Dowd referred but the objective of the forthcoming Bill is to give the RTB more teeth in dealing with these issues. The legislation will be introduced shortly.
