The Deputy must be careful with the words he uses. I read out the privilege note at the start of the meeting. We must base our decisions on the evidence we have. Regardless of whether we agree with what is in which category, we must make policy decisions on the evidence. It can be difficult to collate some data, but we base policy on the evidence we have.
