I move amendment No. 176:

In page 5, lines 5 to 11, to delete all words from and including “An” in line 5, down to and including “Act 1997;” in line 11 and substitute the following:“An Act to ensure that pregnant women may have equitable access to abortion care in a safe and timely manner, and at no cost, and for that purpose to amend the Health Act 1970 and certain other enactments; to make provision for reviews at the instigation of a pregnant woman, or a person on her behalf, of certain medical opinions given in respect of pregnancy;”.

We have had an extensive discussion about this and I have made the views of my party known as to what this legislation should convey and I do not propose to delay it. I withdraw the amendment.
