I move amendment No. 172:

In page 17, between lines 11 and 12, to insert the following:“(3) The Minister shall lay before the Dáil, no more than 3 months after the passing of this Act, a report on the costs and implementation plan for the Health Service Executive to make available without charge medical, surgical and midwifery services, including provision of prescribed drugs, for the purposes of pregnancy for women who are ordinarily resident in the State.”.
