I move amendment No. 157:

In page 16, between lines 4 and 5, to insert the following:“(4) A person who has a conscientious objection referred to in subsection (1)but refuses to make arrangements for the transfer of care of the pregnant woman concerned shall be referred to the Medical Council for appropriate sanction.”.
