I appreciate the difficulties of Mr. Breen's position but certain cases demand a more compassionate approach and, while I appreciate that is not his decision, I appeal to the higher beings in the Office of the Attorney General and the Government, perhaps in the interests of the affected children and the fact that, as they are growing and developing, they are entitled to the same opportunities which lengthy discovery and other processes do not permit, notwithstanding it being best practice from where Mr. Breen sits.
