I cannot imagine that the Attorney General or his office would ever give us a direction to do something that would quite clearly mean we treat a plaintiff or a group of plaintiffs differently than we would any other plaintiff or group of plaintiffs in civil actions. That would be an unequal treatment of one class as opposed to all other classes of plaintiffs or individual plaintiffs.
