What I am saying is, if, on discussion with the Government, the Attorney General decided to make direct contact with the agency and say he would like to withdraw his defence to those cases and enter negotiations for mediation, that would be possible, would it not? Albeit that Mr. Breen may advise against it, that it is not best practice and that it has never been done before, it would be possible, would it not?
