While I appreciate it has never happened, but let us say hypothetically the Attorney General and the Government were so inclined, presumably on the back of discussions, to contact the State Claims Agency and say they would like to withdraw their defence, is that possible? I appreciate it is not the practice and that, if it were, it would be very bad practice, but it is possible, is it not?
