No. I would like more detail. People of a certain age have a full driver's licence which allows them to drive an articulated truck, but these days we all do a test. This means that people of 80 years of age were grandfathered in, whereas I have to jump through the hoops. I wonder what the position was in 1973 and what it is today. Were they equally robust? If not, given that we are not talking about a large number of people, perhaps the same assessment criteria should be applied to each. It is not a huge amount of money and clearly this is causing a huge amount of distress. To my knowledge we are only talking about nine people.
