I am looking at what is in front of me in the report and I am not trying to put words into anyone's mouth. There are other issues that are not in the report that we could comment on which were maybe not covered. Mr. McCallion says that there were some issues he could not cover because he did not have the information. He says very clearly here there was and is - he went out of his way to say "and is" - "no comprehensive and measurable suite of service delivery metrics". Mr. McCallion is saying that there are some metrics in place.
