The next items concerns statements and accounts received since our meeting last week. There are three such accounts and statements. The list is being put on the board. One is the Dublin and Dún Laoghaire Education and Training Board. There is a clear audit opinion. Attention is drawn to a material level of non-compliance with national procurement rules in respect of goods and services that operated in 2017, the adequacy of the internal audit resources available and the significant organisational challenges and potential control weaknesses of having a multi-system ICT environment.
