I wish to point out to Deputy Tóibín that this is not the general test of viability in terms of maternity services. This is where two doctors are looking at, consulting on and assessing a woman. I always try to be very careful with the language that I use. Let us bear in mind that this is a situation where, presumably, this is a pregnancy and a soon to be baby that a woman really wants and the pregnancy has gone well beyond 12 weeks.
