We will deal now with scrutiny of EU legislative proposals. Schedule A is COM (2018) 350 and COM (2018) 365. It is proposed that these proposals warrant further scrutiny by way of a letter to the Department requesting that the committee be kept up to date on progress regarding the proposals. Is that agreed? Agreed. It is proposed that COM (2018) 625 does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed. It is proposed that the proposals listed in Schedule B do not warrant further scrutiny? Is that agreed? Agreed. I propose that we suspend briefly to allow the officials from the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine to take their seats.
