I move amendment No. 24:

In page 7, between lines 2 and 3, to insert the following:“(4) Subsections (1) and (2) shall not apply to a medical practitioner referred to in sections 10, 11, 12, and 13, who act with their reasonable opinion formed in good faith that the termination of pregnancy carried out is carried out in accordance with the law.”.

I am happy to withdraw the amendment on the basis of commitments given by the Minister.
