It is sort of the same analysis to some extent, but it is on the basis of hard figures that we have. To look at it another way, if one takes the period from 2016 to the middle part of this year, 46,000 new current-funded tenancies were created. If one wanted to deliver solutions for those 46,000 households through capital funding, it would have taken €10 billion, or 1.7 times the entire capital spend across the governmental system in 2018.
