AHBs built 761 and Part V generated 522. We would be in a sorry state if the private sector was not providing the 522 through the Part V obligation. Out of that €800 million on housing last year, the local authorities built 1,014 houses. How many will be built this year to completion? What is the equivalent figure to date this year compared to that 1,014? It is an awfully low figure, the witnesses must understand that.
