I know that and I accept that there is leasing, HAP and purchases. I mentioned that the Department does lots of purchases in my own county and I am happy with that and have no issue with it. However, the figure should have been provided straight up in respect of how much was actually spent on building last year. The officials told us earlier that the local authorities built 1,014 last year.
