I am going to ask a simple question. Out of the €1.4 billion spent last year on the housing programme, how much was specifically spent on building houses? It is probably the question I should have asked at the outset. How much of the €1.4 billion was spent on housing construction, not acquisition, leasing, HAP, homelessness or house improvement grants?
