It was handed over at a time when we had an economic crisis and funding was not being provided to deliver housing. Now that we are back in the building game again, local authorities are utilising a number of sites for developments. We have asked approved housing bodies if they are interested in some of the sites. We have a number of large sites to be developed. It will come within the remit of the Land Development Agency to provide funding and the capability to develop larger sites.
