As Mr. O'Connor said, the policy is for approved housing body properties not to be subject to tenant purchase. It is partly tied to their charitable status and their core purpose and memorandum and articles of association. There is nothing in life that is not changeable. We are carrying out a review of the local authority tenant purchase scheme. It would be a policy matter if the situation was to be reviewed, but it is not on the agenda.
