On the building side, if one looks at the construction status report one can see that some local authorities did get out of the traps quicker than others. Deputy Farrell's local authority is a case in point whereby we are seeing the product on the ground in terms of finished houses and people living in them. In other local authority areas, are at construction or final tender stage. All local authorities now have a significant programme but they are at different stages in terms of bringing projects to fruition.
