I will come in on that. It is covered in the capital loans subsidy scheme. The approved housing bodies collect the differential rents but that is not sufficient for management and maintaining the properties. For each property they get approximately €480 per annum as a management and maintenance allowance for every HAP property under that scheme also. That is approximately €5 million per year. In addition to the differential rent collected on those properties a management and maintenance allowance is provided.
