Mr. John McCarthy:
A number of the AHBs would borrow funding for some of their projects. To date, funds have been largely borrowed through the Housing Finance Agency, HFA. Some of the funding that the HFA has sourced on the market has been through the EIB so there would be some AHB projects that are based on a flow of borrowings from the EIB.
