I certainly agree with the Deputy, but I do not want anything I say to be taken in any way as presenting this as something other than what it is - a very serious issue. There are two things. The figure of just under 10,000 that Deputy Catherine Murphy referenced relates to a point in time. The figure of 4,729 is over the course of a year. Therefore, they are different.
