As the notes cross a range of issues, I will dip in and out of them. Paragraph 10.25 on page 123 reads:
In addition, the local authority pays the AHB an annual management and maintenance fee for each unit. These fees are also recouped by the local authority from the Department under the scheme.
How is that decided? How much was drawn down in 2017?
