One of my colleagues is just getting the figures for the Deputy.
The tiered system from 1 to 3, inclusive, is a function of the voluntary regulatory system which has been in place since 2013. There are 232 registered AHBs, accounting for 95% of the stock, with 73% of their homes under the control of 17% of tier 3 AHBs. While in excess of 500 organisations have historically applied for and received AHB status, 90% of the regulated stock is owned and managed by 50 of them. It is quite concentrated.
