There is a big difference between a quarter and a week, for example. We are not asking the Department to send out a circular to the housing officer to be filled in and emailed back. There should be a mechanism in the Department to monitor and publish data on those projects that have started. When they have successfully gone through stage one, a box could be ticked in the Department. The same applies with progressing to stage two and so on but if a project is sitting at stage three for six months, somebody should know what is going on there.
