Since the day I entered the Dáil, successive Ministers - there have been three - have repeatedly said there is no problem with money. We started with Deputy Alan Kelly who was followed by Deputy Simon Coveney and the current incumbent Deputy Eoghan Murphy. We have been told repeatedly that there is no problem with money, yet no houses have been built in Galway.
