Mr. John McCarthy:
As I said, if one looks at Rebuilding Ireland and the way housing supports are provided in the first three years compared to the final three, the mix is quite different. It is a reflection of the need to further accelerate the building programme in order that we will get to a point in 2021 where through a process of build, acquisition and lease we will be housing more people than under the HAP scheme.
