I will respond to a number of factual points raised by Deputy Durkan. The Minister for Finance announced on the budget day that the OECD had placed us fifth in terms of the EU 28 member states in per capitaterms. I would point out that all the qualifiers Mr. Mulvany raised are very valid points to make in that context.
