It is a huge issue for us. We have said this to the Minister, to Government and to the BAI and the BAI has come out with a strong recommendation on funding recently. The Cabinet set up a group to look at this involving the Revenue Commissioners, the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht and our department to look at the license fee collection issue and it is due to report by the end of quarter one on what the Government will do on this. There is a strong recommendation from the Committee on Communications, Climate Action and Environment and from the BAI. We have put in a strategy document saying that should our funding issue change there are areas of priority, namely young people's programmes, arts, culture and drama and the Irish language.
