The contract to review started about four or five months ago when Kieran Mulvey did it and he has reported back. That is being assessed by human resources, HR, in RTÉ at the moment. They are going through all of the issues that he has raised, and arising out of Kieran Mulvey's report was this issue of his comments on our grading system, the fact that there are too many and that there are discrepancies in it. He has asked RTÉ to look at that. Our director of HR has just started a process in tandem with the contract to review and look at those issues.

She is about to enter into discussions with the representative bodies in RTÉ on these issues.
