I thank Mr. Watt. Speakers have indicated in the following sequence: Deputy MacSharry, Deputy Connolly, Deputy Catherine Murphy and Deputy Cullinane. We are starting with a 20-minute slot, then 15, then ten. As we are to complete our work with the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform before weekly divisions in the Dáil, I will be very strict on time.
