Typically for Cabinet committees it is a Secretary General, or at least an assistant secretary, who is leading. They would have also contributed within each Department. There was a pulling together that was led by our Department, typically at assistant secretary level, and the same at the Department of the Taoiseach, to prepare that work. Mr. Hegarty might like to add to that.
