If we do not like it, what does that mean? What does that consideration involve? If it were just about building the houses, it would just be a matter of our going to the Department to outline our scheme and ask for the money for the houses. Instead, we are going through a process that I do not fully understand. I do not understand what these modellings are. Essentially, they seem to revolve around the insistence that we consider PPPs and figure out the finances regarding affordability, which is difficult in the context of Dún Laoghaire.
