It is something we need to take up. It is no wonder that we have a housing emergency if it is taking seven to eight months to reach agreement on some of these properties. When we have 10,000 homeless people, it raises wider questions. I refer to the comment that rating agencies such as Moody's have welcomed the move. These are the agencies which told us Anglo Irish Bank seemed profitable in 2008 and which stated there was good credit quality supported by a rigorous lending approach. Yet, the witnesses tell us their actions are approved by Moody's. Can they see the irony of that?
