It depends. If it has a classification that it is unlikely to repay in the future, that is where there is a low value versus the outstanding loan, it can be classified as non-performing because of the unlikeliness to repay or indeed where by way of interaction with the customer it is deemed that they will unlikely be able to meet their responsibilities. Therefore, it is possible, yes.
