At the moment, we will be out on time. Mr. Sydenham might not want to put it on the record but I would be interested to know the kind of numbers we are dealing with if we are not out on time. That could act as appropriate leverage with the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform in terms of getting us over the line quicker, particularly if there is a commercial entity clause involved.

Do other Departments call the OPW from time to time seeking advice on the purchase of sites?
