The developer spent €25 million to purchase the site and €100 million on refurbishing and kitting it out. There was also a small extension. There was some confusion when I referred to that earlier, but some extending work was done before it came to the OPW. The developer is doing very well out of this. What kind of yields will his contract with the OPW give him? How does that compare with other premises that the OPW rents?
