Who brought it to their attention? Did somebody at board level see ondaft.iethat Larry Goodman had a building to rent that looked good and say, "Let us inquire about that"? Did the board asks its valuers at a lower level to look for a 120,000 sq ft building and see what they could procure from the market. Does it flow inwards and upwards like that, or does it come in from the top, and a deal is retro-engineered from the ground up?
